Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form, requesting the pricing guide, or asking about a date is an enquiry only. It does not reserve a date and does not create a booking. A date is only held once a signed rental agreement and any required deposit are in place.

Pricing and availability

Pricing, packages, capacity and availability shown or sent through this site may change and are not an offer. The terms of your event are governed by the rental agreement you sign, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.

Lodging booked elsewhere

Where lodging is booked through a third party platform, that platform's terms, cancellation policy and house rules apply to the stay in addition to any rental agreement with Moonshadow Ranch.

Content and photography

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Moonshadow Ranch or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonshadow Ranch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Burnet County, Texas.
