You have been here for days
Most venues sell eight hours and a cleaning deadline. With four-day access the ranch is yours for four days, so the morning of the wedding is not the morning you arrive.

Where the morning happens
Chairs in the open, the pond behind you, and no walls to keep the wind out.

Five thousand square feet of old world barn in reclaimed wood, with a mezzanine that seats another twenty and a bar area with a custom roll-a-way bar.

Six bedrooms, across the yard from the dance floor
The barn seats two hundred and most of them will drive home. The people you actually want at breakfast do not. Six bedrooms and six private baths in the ranch house, sleeping thirteen, with a Flex Room that works for whoever needs it.
The stand alone Silo apartment sleeps four, with a king and a queen. The Silo is complimentary on the wedding day for the bride and bridal party to get ready. Overnight it is $250 a night plus a one-time $150 cleaning fee, booked directly with us.

Open vendor policy throughout: every outside vendor must be properly licensed, and a wedding coordinator is required. Included with the venue: twenty 72" round tables seating ten, cocktail tables, 200 Lifetime folding reception chairs and 200 resin ceremony chairs, white table linens, gold and silver chargers, four white wooden church pews, centerpieces, a greenery photo wall, a lighted LOVE sign and a "Happily Ever After" neon sign, glass cylinder vases with flameless candles, a complimentary decor closet, the Bridal Silo on the wedding day, the custom roll-away bar, and a warming kitchen, warming oven, commercial refrigerator and ice machine. Couples bring plates and glassware, catering, bar service and a photographer. Separate Bride’s and Groom’s Quarters, two of the six bathrooms have showers.
