If the date is already taken we will tell you straight away rather than booking a tour first.

Common Questions
Before you ask
- What does the four day rental cover?
- Four-day access to the barn and the grounds, with the Silo complimentary on the wedding day for the bride and bridal party to get ready. It usually runs Thursday to Sunday, but the four days can start on any day of the week: vendors and drop-off on day one, ranch house check-in and rehearsal on day two, the wedding on day three and checkout on day four. Or choose day-of access, 7am to midnight.
- Is the Silo included overnight?
- The Silo is complimentary on the wedding day for the bride and bridal party to get ready. Overnight it is $250 a night plus a one-time $150 cleaning fee, booked directly with us. It sleeps four, with a king and a queen.
- Can we bring our own vendors?
- Yes. Bring the licensed caterer, DJ, florist and photographer you want. We do not keep a preferred list. A wedding coordinator is required.
- Is a coordinator required?
- Yes, every wedding needs a coordinator. Ask us about options when you tour.
- How many can you seat?
- Two hundred at tables on the floor, plus twenty on the mezzanine.
- Is lodging included in the wedding rental?
- Lodging is booked separately. The ranch house books on Airbnb or VRBO, and the Silo books directly with us. The Silo is complimentary on the wedding day for getting ready.
- Can we hold the ceremony outside?
- Yes. The ceremony area sits out in the open with the pond behind it.
- Are dogs allowed?
- Dogs are welcome with a deposit. Let us know in advance.
- How far is it from Austin?
- About forty five minutes from downtown Austin, twenty from Georgetown and thirty from Round Rock.
