Where your out of town guests actually sleep
Six bedrooms a hundred feet from the barn, and a silo that sleeps four. What on-site lodging changes for the people who travelled to be there.

The aunt flying in from two states away. The college friends carpooling six hours. The grandparents who would not miss it.
Out of town guests are what make a wedding feel full, and they carry the heaviest load to get there. The travel, the unfamiliar roads, and the question of where they sleep at the end of a long night.
A hotel in town works until it does not. Shuttles run late, phones die, and somebody always ends up driving country roads in the dark after a night of toasts.
The drive that does not happen
The barn seats two hundred and most of them will drive home. The people you actually want at breakfast do not.
Six bedrooms sit about a hundred feet from the dance floor. When the music stops, your closest guests walk across the yard. No rideshare that may not come this far out, no designated driver negotiation, no one navigating a county road they have never seen in daylight.
Six rooms, six different guests
Each bedroom has its own private bath, and each one suits somebody different.
The Master Bedroom has the jacuzzi and looks out over the pond. Give it to whoever did the planning.
The Honeymoon Suite is a ranch house bedroom above the detached garage, with a king bed, its own full bath and a covered walkway to the house.
The Cowgirl Room is upstairs and quiet, which is what you want for the guest who needs an hour alone before dinner.
The Fun Room and the Blue Room are joined by a walk-through door, the old Jack and Jill bathroom door. Families put the kids next door and bathe them in the Fun Room tub. The Flex Room has a full bed and works for whoever needs it.
The house sleeps thirteen. Room by room detail is on the lodging page.
The Silo is its own thing
The Silo is complimentary on the wedding day for the bride and bridal party to get ready.
Overnight it is $250 a night plus a one-time $150 cleaning fee, booked directly with us. It sleeps four, with a king and a queen.
Some couples put the bridal party in it. Some put a family in it. Some keep it for themselves.
It is not roughing it
King beds in most rooms, six private baths, a full sized kitchen, central air and heat, free WiFi, DirecTV in every room, laundry on site and a hot tub on the porch.
Dogs are welcome with a deposit. Let us know in advance.
Sunday is the reason
The thing nobody plans for is Sunday morning. Coffee in the big kitchen, people who flew in still sitting around in yesterday's clothes, and nobody checking a departure time.
That only happens if they stayed.
Send us your date and we will send the pricing guide, including how the lodging works alongside the four day rental. You can also look through the ranch house first.
